Do you ship to my country?
I ship worldwide as long as courier companies can deliver there.
When will I get my order?
When I open pre-orders there’s a committed shipping date in place and so I will achieve that.
How do you ship orders?
I normally use DHL Express, UPS or FedEx depending on availability and the destination country.
I missed the pre-order! Can I order one now?
I’m sorry but if pre-orders are closed now that means I can´t take your order. Once I have progressed the current builds further and if there’s sufficient demand I’ll plan for another run later in the year. Subscribe to my newsletter so you´ll get an email with the next dates!
When will pre-orders open again?
I don’t know as it depends on a number of factors but once I set a date I’ll send a newsletter email from my site so I’d suggest you subscribe so you won’t miss the next run!
Can you make your monitors in custom colors?

Can I leave a Monitor pre-paid so when pre-orders start I will get mine?
No, sorry, pre-orders are closed and I’m unable to get payments if a pre-order is not live.
Your monitors are way too expensive!
I totally get that my monitors are a bit of an investment! Every detail, from design to performance, reflects the passion and precision I put into them (plus a few too many late-night coffees). They’re made for those who want something truly special, but I appreciate anyone who takes the time to check them out. Thanks for stopping by!
Do you accept collabs? So I can make a video of your product in exchange for one of your monitors?
I truly appreciate your interest! Since each of my monitors is handcrafted with a lot of care and hours, I don’t usually do collabs like that—it’s just not the best fit for my small business. But I really appreciate you reaching out, and thanks for thinking of my work!

Micro & Mini PVM Questions

What are the technical specs of your monitors?
Briefly:
The Micro PVM is a 3.5″ IPS LCD, 640x480px resolution, 60Hz, with Audio Amp, Stereo Sound, Dual Speakers, HDMI input & USB-C powered.
The Mini PVM is a 5″ TFT LCD, 640x480px resolution, 60Hz, with Audio Amp, Stereo Sound, Dual Speakers, HDMI, VGA & Composite inputs & 12v PSU powered.
What are the inputs on the Mini and Micro PVM?
The 3.5″ Micro PVM has HDMI input whereas the 5″ Mini PVM has HDMI, VGA & A/V Composite inputs.
Is there a Power Supply included?
None of the models include a power supply as it’s more practical to source these locally. Once you place your pre-order I send specific info and references on which one is recommended.
Can I buy the display stand for the Mini & Micro PVMs I've seen in some pictures?
The display stand is not for sale, but look into your Mini/Micro PVM order’s box, there may be something in there…
What Power supply do I need for a Mini PVM?
A 12v 3A or more power supply, with a power switch if possible and a 5.25×2.1mm jack connector.
Do the front buttons work on the Mini PVM?
They’re too tiny so trying to make these work for anything is not worth it all. There are buttons on the back to adjust the picture settings, select the input and turn the screen on/off as well as a volume knob.
What type of USB-C power supply do I need to a Micro PVM?
One that delivers 5v 2A or more and a USB-A to USB-C cable.
Do the front buttons work on the Micro PVM?
They’re too tiny so trying to make these work for anything is not worth it all. This is anyway plug & play with factory settings set for the screen. There’s a volume knob at the back that also switch on/off the audio. Thanks!
