Your order will be delivered by a tracked service, either using postal service or couriers.  

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Due to the nature of the products I sell, which are handmade, these are approximate and so slight extensions may happen. Please contact me JC (at) if you require an update at any point and I’ll be glad to help.  

Transit times

Transit times worldwide are normally 1 to 2 weeks from date of dispatch, this is excluding certain peak dates like Black Friday and the Holiday season where delays are expected and common. I am not responsible for any delays caused by the courier/postal company/services, however if you have any concerns or questions please contact me JC (at)  and I’ll be more than happy to help.  

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.  

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Due the hanmade and customized nature of the items, returns and exchanges are not accepted, but contact me at JC (at) if you have any problem with your order.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The item must be returned in the original packaging or one of similar specifications to ensure the item gets returned in good condition and by a tracked shipping service. Orders returned in bubble envelopes or similar may be rejected as all products are delivered in cardboard boxes to protect the goods.
