Delivery service
Your order will be delivered by a tracked service, either using postal service or couriers.
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Due to the nature of the products I sell, which are handmade, these are approximate and so slight extensions may happen. Please contact me JC (at) retroldtech.com if you require an update at any point and I’ll be glad to help.
Transit times
Transit times worldwide are normally 1 to 2 weeks from date of dispatch, this is excluding certain peak dates like Black Friday and the Holiday season where delays are expected and common. I am not responsible for any delays caused by the courier/postal company/services, however if you have any concerns or questions please contact me JC (at) retroldtech.com and I’ll be more than happy to help.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges Contact me within: 7 days of delivery at JC (at) retroldtech.com Dispatch items back within: 15 days of delivery I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me at JC (at) retroldtech.com if you have any problems or concerns with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
